I am hoping people who visit the site will want to talk about diet and exercise. I was a great athlete and a brain injury turned me into a disabled American. So, I have a true range of experience with various aspects of health; from serious strength and endurance to obesity in clinical sedation and sublimation. I now believe I have a method of achieving health which I could exemplify even though disabled; if it were in fact that I might still find a wife with whom to eat and exercise with. To begin, I believe knowing proper free weight use and form is essential, and knowing to lift no more than you can complete 15 repetitions of is even more important. Lifting 5 or 10 reps is fine if it’s at a 15 rep capacity and maxing at 1-3 is unnecessary.
